Returns and Exchanges and Shipping Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

NO MONEY OR CREDIT CARDS REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.

For returns please email kalobutike@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return.

Please send the items back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 8 days of the delivery date.  For pick up orders, items must be return within 5 days of item picked up. 

Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit.

Any credit store is valid only for 14 days from the day granted.

If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer.

Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchange and will be considered a final sale. 

Holiday Season purchases will be Final Sale (November 15 - January 6)

 

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from the date the order is complete.  Orders made to US and Puerto Rico arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
